Through tireless preparation, you can be assured our skills session with your group will support and match the way you want to play during your games. Repetition counts, level-appropriate progressions, clear communication, and game transfer are of utmost important to us. We are well aware that players are not at the rink to listen to coaches talk. While teaching is very important, so are repetitions, variety, and competitive scenarios. We pride ourselves on not only the efficiency and experience every athlete receives during our skills sessions, but how quick the development transfers to games.

A large portion of our team development involves the use of positional-specific skill enhancement. With defencemen we emphasize skating efficiency, puck transportation, checking, offensive blue line work and deception. Forwards, the ability to change directions and speeds, pass and possess the puck, win small spaces, and scoring principles.

Accurate analysis is important- is it really your team concepts that are not creating results, or are your inputs inside the concepts not sufficient? Are your players too narrow in their skill sets?
