For the 4th consecutive summer… we will be running our annual PREP CAMPS in Lacombe for all age groups!!! Camp will take place at the Gary Moe Sportsplex in Lacombe, AB. Preparing players to be their best when their respective seasons start is our mission, through specialized skill development using Edge Boss training aids, and also game-like drills. Great value with also hockey-specific dryland training prior to each session, focusing on power/explosiveness, single-leg work, athleticism, mobility, speed and quickness, agility, and flexibility.
