CrossIce is very excited to announce that we will be holding fall prep/skills camps in Lacombe, AB for the second year in a row. The turn out was tremendous last year and we expect this year to be even larger. Teaming up with past Owner of Breakaway Training Jason Petrie, CrossIce can ensure that top quality instruction will be given to each and every player that attends camp. This year we are planning to include dryland sessions for two out of the three groups prior to their ice times for extra conditioning, and some hockey-specific off ice training!
Groups are as follows:
Midget/Junior Elite (invite only- Minor Midget AAA, Midget AAA, Jr A)- August 12th-15th
Monday-Thursday: On Ice from 7:30pm-9:00pm
Second Year Atom/PeeWee (08, 07, 06 born)- August 19th-22nd, 26th-29th
Monday- Thursday each week- same times every day.
Dryland- 4:00-4:30pm
On-Ice- 5:00-6:00pm
Bantam/First Year Midget lower than Minor AA (03, 04, 05 born)- August 19th-22nd, 26th-29th
Dryland- 5:15-5:45pm
On-Ice- 6:15pm-7:15pm
Minor Midget AA and Higher/Midget (03, 02, 01)- August 19th-22nd, 26th-29th
No dryland for this group
On-Ice- 7:30pm-8:45pm

- Skating and Elite Edge Work
- Puck Control
- Shooting and Goal Scoring
- Game Situations
- Small Area Battles
- Team Tactics
- Position Specific Skills
- Dryland Training specializing in foot speed, agility, power, cardio, and stick handling!
