CrossIce Developments (CID) is a great resource for hockey organizations and players looking to develop team and player skills for hockey and other sports. The Central Alberta Selects Hockey organization finds CID extremely knowledgeable, passionate, adaptive and agile; with a team of mentors and instructors that utilize current instructional techniques, drills, tools and technologies to support player and team development needs. CAS have been able to embed the CID team into our program to support the player development and overall experience of our hockey program. Chance is very hard working and I love working with him. To have someone who is so dedicated, loyal, and smart in my corner has truly been a treat. I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to be playing Junior A Hockey if it weren’t for him and his strong connection within the league. Chance is also great when it comes to the weight room. He pushes you hard but in the end the grind is worth it. He will work with you and get an understanding of what your needs are so he can build a plan around them so you can get stronger and faster.
