CrossIce Developments opened up many doors for me as a hockey player. Opportunities always arose with the help of Chance and his staff. From private 1 on 1 sessions, to his prep and skill camps, Chance always pushed me and others around me to be the best. I wouldn't be where I am today without CrossIce Developments. CrossIce Developments (CID) is a great resource for hockey organizations and players looking to develop team and player skills for hockey and other sports. The Central Alberta Selects Hockey organization finds CID extremely knowledgeable, passionate, adaptive and agile; with a team of mentors and instructors that utilize current instructional techniques, drills, tools and technologies to support player and team development needs. CAS have been able to embed the CID team into our program to support the player development and overall experience of our hockey program. They do all this with a very human flair - one that encourages the player to step out of their comfort zone to better themselves as a player and/or team.

In 2021 a google search lead us to the CrossIce Developments website. At the time we had a hockey-loving-9-year old & we were unsure how to support his hockey development. Chance not only trained, inspired & propelled Grayson’s on ice skills, he acted as a trusted hockey mentor to our family. Chance was intuitive, and his personalized guidance & skill development mirrored Grayson's on-ice game progression. Under CrossIce Developments' guidance, my son’s skating & game skills have blossomed along side his love of hockey! CrossIce is where dreams are made. We cannot say enough great things about Chance and CrossIce Developments. Our son joined his program at an all time low, not even sure he wanted to continue in hockey. Chance not only built up his skill and confidence on the ice, he formed a genuine relationship with him as a person and helped him grow as an individual. Chance is very hard working and I love working with him. To have someone who is so dedicated, loyal, and smart in my corner has truly been a treat. I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to be playing Junior A Hockey if it weren’t for him and his strong connection within the league. Chance is also great when it comes to the weight room. He pushes you hard but in the end the grind is worth it. He will work with you and get an understanding of what your needs are so he can build a plan around them so you can get stronger and faster. Overall, having Chance around has been a tremendous help for both myself and my family as he takes a lot of pride in what he does and I’m always happy to have him by my side.
