Strength/Conditioning Coach Jason Petrie has confirmed Training Dates for the 2019 off-season, for clients to come and train in person with him, check in with your training program that he has set up for you, “bench-mark” test, and more. Our training covers hockey-specific strength, power and explosiveness, speed, quickness, flexibility, cardio, and more. Jason is extremely knowledgable in the field, and is the Sports Performance Coach at Lacombe High School. He has also been a Junior A Scout for over 20 years!
Jason prides himself on identifying muscle imbalances and posture deviation, and tailoring his programs to each individual player to help them correct what they need to, and create work outs that will directly translate to on the ice. Age, size, body type, position, genetics, and past injuries are all taken into account before your program is set.
